In the period 2005 to 2006, the total capacity of solar-powered water heater/ heating system, not including solar-powered heating system in open-air swimming pools, rose 19.3% year on year to 128 GWth from 88GWth. It is estimated that in 2007, the capacity of solar water heater/heating system would be 128 GWth, up 15.7% year on year. When the discarded or eliminated heating systems were included, the year of 2006 would have a total increment of 18GWth in capacity globally. Meanwhile, China’s addition of newly installed capacity rose 75.3%, ranking the first in the world in terms of newly installed capacity. China’s export of solar water heaters, boosted by international market, also had a rise. In 2007, China’s export value of solar water heater rose 28% year on year to US$65 million. The companies with big export value included Jiangsu Sunrain New Energy Group, Shandong Linuo Solar Energy Group and Beijing Tsinghua Solar Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Sunrain New Energy Group has set up companies in South Korea and Spain. Let’s look at the global market. 行业变革 政府大力普及太阳能热水器

今后,太阳能热水系统及建筑一体化技术将成为五金建筑行业的热点。在近日召开的石家庄市建设局太阳能热水系统与建筑一体化设计与应用推广会议上,确定了12层以下居住建筑与医院、学校、饭店、游泳池、公共浴室等热水消耗大户,必须采用太阳能热水系统与建筑一体化技术的决定,并鼓励高层住宅楼安装太阳能热水系统。
    
据石家庄市建设局有关负责人介绍,安装太阳能热水系统先期投资要高一些,但是从长远看,用太阳能比用电和燃气要便宜,更节省能源,而且太阳能是可再生能源。

      面对日益崛起的太阳能热水器,传统热水器的地位受到了严峻的挑战。随着太阳能热水器产业的成熟和市场管理的趋于完善,太阳能热水器攻占传统热水器领地的成功系数大幅提升。

公式中cpw-水的比热容、te-集热试验结束时贮热水箱内的水温、tb-集热试验开始时贮热水箱内的水温、Ac-集热器的轮廓采光面积、H-集热器采光面上日太阳辐照量,这几个参数都无问题,是很明确的,关键是公式中这个参数如何确定。既然标准中规定的是日有用得热量,那么这个参数就是指的贮热水箱所能放出的水量,也就是用户能用得到的热水量,而不是贮热水箱的全部容积。
贮热水箱的结构可分为两类:⒈ 如示意图(1)所示,进出水管、溢流管、补气管都设在水箱的底部,那么在给水箱上水的时候,溢流口以上的部分是没有水的,这部分水箱容积是空的,记做V1;;溢流口以下的部分充满了水,而且这些水是可以全部放出来的,这部分水箱容积记做V2。。⒉ 如示意图(2)所示,进出水管、溢流管、补气管都设在水箱的侧面,那么溢流口以上的V1部分仍然是空的;当用户使用热水时,能放出的水量到出水口为止,这部分水箱容积记做V2;出水口以下还有一部分水量是放不出来的,这部分水箱容积记做V3,而且这部分的水只靠导热,因而水温是比较低的。由此可以看出,如果贮热水箱总的容积V相同,而进出水管、溢流管、补气管的位置不同,那么能放出的水的容积V2是不同的,这部分水量就是公式中的M,而且在有的情况下这个V2公式中cpw-水的比热容、te-集热试验结束时贮热水箱内的水温、tb-集热试验开始时贮热水箱内的水温、Ac-集热器的轮廓采光面积、H-集热器采光面上日太阳辐照量,这几个参数都无问题,是很明确的,关键是公式中这个参数如何确定。既然标准中规定的是日有用得热量,那么这个参数就是指的贮热水箱所能放出的水量,也就是用户能用得到的热水量,而不是贮热水箱的全部容积。

Solar Water Heater - How to Build a Solar Water Heater

Generally, there are two kinds of solar water heater – passive and active. Both collect radiant heat from the sun into a solar hot water panel, and both can serve much of any household’s hot water needs, while at the same time, both can cut back considerably on energy costs.

 

An active system circulates water (or other heat-transferring fluids) through a solar water pump, while a passive system circulates the liquid(s) through use of a process called natural convection.

 

Whichever type of solar water heater system one uses, both utilize certain similar components, most notably: a collector and a storage tank.

 

The most common type of collector is a “flat plate” solar hot water panel – a weatherproof, insulated box made of aluminum or other metals that holds, beneath one or more transparent covers, an absorber plate.

 

When sunlight streams into the box, its heat passes through the transparent cover or covers and is soaked up by the dark plate which then transfers that collected heat through the heat-transferring fluids that flow through or past it.

中国太阳热水器出口的隐忧

    攘外必先安内

    中国太阳热水器产业的散、乱、差已经成为行业健康发展的瓶颈。从国内太阳热水器产品在市场上所存在的问题,我们就可以找到中国太阳热水器出口隐忧的根源所在。

    步入凉爽金秋,各种热水器、燃气燃具又将进入销售旺季。9月11日,湖北省产商品质量监督检验所与省燃气燃具及能源产品质监站联合公布对全省在销燃气燃具专项抽查结果显示,六成燃气燃具抽检不合格,太阳能热水器合格率最低。本次抽查了6个批次,但合格的只有一个批次,主要存在空集热管或水箱质量太差造成热性能不合格。热性能不合格,影响太阳能热水器的集热效果和保温效果,起不到节能的作用。另外,一些生产厂家为了吸引顾客,将产品水箱标称容积大于水箱实标容积5%%以上,欺骗消费者。

    近期,安徽省质监局也通报今年第三季度家用太阳能热水器质量监督抽查结果,铜陵、淮南、安庆抽样合格率仅为17.9%。 本次抽查结果显示涉及不合格项目有8大项,分别是平均热效率、空晒试验、结构、材料、水质、外观、热水器标志和使用说明书的要求。

    笔者就目前我国太阳热水器出口的问题请教了一些国内知名专家,他们对目前很多企业一味追求出口的情况一致表示担忧。目前,国内很多消费者没有改变思维,认为国外人比我们要求高,别人的产品就是好,同理出口的太阳热水器也是很好的。很多企业就开始分外重视太阳热水器出口,因此这也就顺利地成为了企业宣传的重要砝码。

    目前太阳热水器产品在外观上基本没有什么大的变化,很难分辨产品的优劣。而太阳热水器的内胆、保温层等材料都藏在产品内部,从表面上无法辨别其所用的材质和

 

镁棒对不锈钢的保护作用

         电热水器以其安装简单、不产生有害气体、方便调温等优点,成为了洗浴市场的宠儿。可您知道吗?尽管看起来很坚固,电热水器的“内脏”却很脆弱,如果不及时维护,电热水器也会得“胆结石”,严重的甚至会“胃穿孔”。专家建议,电热水器的镁棒一定要定期更换。
  电热水器目前使用的不锈钢内胆有SUS304和SUS316L两种。青岛海洋腐蚀研究所阎民教授指出,一般情况下,不锈钢基体不会腐蚀,但水质比较恶劣时,基体会发生穿孔,而且80%集中在焊接区域。因此,提高不锈钢内胆寿命的“任务”就寄托在“阴极保护技术”上,也就是我们常说的镁棒。
  阎民教授解释说,之所以使用镁棒,是因为镁离子在水中会与阴离子结合产生沉淀,从而起到防腐作用,并防止电加热管因为结垢干烧而造成损坏。但是,镁棒的不断消耗也会使内胆更容易被腐蚀、穿孔,轻则造成耗电量增加,重则导致漏电。镁棒的使用寿命并不长,通常在两年左右。欧洲就曾出台过标准:280克的镁棒如果用在搪瓷内胆上,应该在两年内更换;如果使用不锈钢内胆的话,使用寿命会更短,因为它整体裸露在水中,需要更大的保护电流。
  不同水质对镁棒造成的影响也不同。通常来讲,江浙一带水质较软,镁棒六七年都不用换;北方水质比较硬,更换频率应高一些。阎民教授介绍说,北京应该3年左右换一次镁棒,而沈阳等地则应该2年一换。
  最后,阎民教授提醒消费者,更换镁棒必须由专业人员进行,同时,还可以要求他们清理热水器内胆和加热管的水垢,更换一次镁棒的价格大概在40元左右。目前,国际上还有一种“外加电流阴极保护”(电子防腐器)的方法,能大大延长不锈钢内胆和加热管的寿命,并且免掉了更换镁棒的麻烦。

搪瓷内胆的致命病患处

电热水器以其安全、卫生、安装简便获得了广大消费者的认可。但是如果您购买的是搪瓷内胆热水器,那一定要注意,您家热水器的镁棒要及时更换。搪瓷内胆是在普通钢板上涂烧上一层无机质陶釉而制成的,不生锈,且成本是不锈钢内胆的1/4至1/6,但搪瓷内胆加工工艺要求较高,若工艺水平不够,生产过程中容易产生气泡或针眼,同时搪瓷脆性较大,运输安装过程中的振动、碰撞容易产生鳞爆现象。另外,搪瓷在热水中会逐渐熔解剥落,技术上称为“沸水失重”现象。以上这些因素,都会造成搪瓷涂层下的普通钢板暴露,普通钢板含有的碳、硫等杂质较多,容易腐蚀、漏水。

那么,热水器内胆中的镁棒有什么作用呢?镁棒在热水器中是作为牺牲阳极使用的。因为镁的金属活性比铁高,在镁棒与普通钢板同时暴露的情况下,镁棒首先代替钢板腐蚀掉,从而达到保护内胆的目的。多长时间更换一次镁棒呢?根据水质的不同,搪瓷内胆热水器中的镁棒1~2年就需更换。否则一旦镁棒用完,您的热水器很快就要腐蚀、漏水了。

更换镁棒的费用您也得注意。在保修期内更换镁棒是免费的,但超过保修期,您就得付材料费,镁棒的价格一般在40~150元,使用10年差不多要900元左右,也是一笔不小的开支,而不锈钢热水器则不必更换镁棒。看来在购买热水器以前,有必要先把账算清楚,不要让价格迷住了眼,否则买的时候便宜,用的时候就不划算了。

投诉!太阳能热水器水管爆裂闯大祸

  据北方网报道:

        自来水管突然爆裂,屋内被淹,楼下居民也跟着遭殃,追查一圈,居民把“凶手”指向了楼顶的太阳能热水器。

  昨日(2009年9月20日)11时许,记者来到沈阳市大东区鑫龙小区,在39号楼1单元门前站了很多居民。6楼的杨先生说,这里共7层楼,从6楼到3楼都不同程度地发了水。

  杨先生说:“早上8点左右,我正在家里吃饭,突然听到厨房里有‘哧哧’的响声,跑到厨房一看,自来水管往外喷水呢,由于水管变型裂纹,水势已经控制不住。我急忙跑到一楼关闭了总阀门,可屋里还是成了‘小河’,水开始往楼下渗。”

  住在5楼的武女士说,她当时正在家里干活,就听到棚顶有滴答水的声音,厨房、卧室、客厅都在滴水,她跑到楼上一看,楼上的屋里快“发河”了,于是急忙帮着扫水。

  这自来水管怎么会突然爆裂呢?杨先生突然想到,这应该与几天前自来水管里突然流出热水有关。
