无从下手的甜瓜

小时候，一伙人去别人的地里摘甜瓜，不懂什么叫熟什么叫不熟，捡了个大个的就摘了，摘了就抱起来跑，那个时候个子小，抱个甜瓜跟抱个西瓜一样的。终于跑到自以为安全的地方，往怀里一看，傻眼了，这个甜瓜太大，当时就把我吓坏了，不知道吃得了吃不了，也不知道从哪里下口。再看看其他人，都比我高，摘的却都比我小。

沙特的客户就像我怀里的那个甜瓜，我不知道自己吃得了吃不了，也不知道从哪里下口。心里发毛。

明天去南京也像我怀里的那个甜瓜，倒不是害怕去见外商，而是时不时的会闪过在济南做的那次“同声传译”。

仔细想想，原来自己没有一把刀子，自己还没有学会向身边的大一些的孩子求助，自己做的还不够好，自己还不够强大。所以就会感觉自己很渺小，事情无从下手。

快点长大。

移动E家终于成功取消

中国移动的移动E家，在用了14个月之后，终于成功取消。

虽然当时充了300元的话费，免费得了两桶1.8L的花生油，还有一部座机。但是后果确实，赠送的座机里面有一笔不小数额的钱，已经过期，需要重新缴费才能激活，延长有效期限。

还有就是主卡每个月为附卡义缴的10元的月功能费。

取消过程：

到镇上的移动营业厅，但是不能办理，需要到市里的中心营业厅去办理。

到了中心营业厅，很顺利的就办理完了。

再也不要上移动的当！

Additional Information 附加说明

1 - Any Chemical/Medical/Telecommunication shipments which are sent to RUH prior getting approval for

this, the origin of the shipments will be fully responsible for the penalties and return charges that

will apply.

任何寄往利亚德的化学药品，医药品，通讯设备没有提前得到许可，发件方将承担所有罚款和退回货物所需费用。

2 - Please note that for high value shipments sent to Saudi Arabia (Value above or equal to 13,000 USD),

the following documents should be attached to the shipment for clearance purposes:

请注意寄往沙特阿拉伯的高值货物（价值等于或者高于13000美元），需要附上以下清关所需文件：

1). Attested Original invoice.

经证实的原发票

2). Attested Certificate of Origin. (It's applied above 13000 US$ shpts)

3 - In addition, the consignee should be providing the clearing Entity with a copy of the commercial

registration and an authorization letter. Failing to provide the above will cause major clearance

delays and may result in fines that will be automatically billed back to the origin.

另外，收件人还应提供商业登记表的复印和授权信。如果没有提供以上证件，清关时间将拖延，并会处以罚金，发件

方将承担相应的罚款。

1 - Saudi customs will destroy or re-export any shipment containing oil perfume compounds and/or Oudeh &

scented wood if the below procedure is not applied for these shipments.

如果以下的手续没有办理，沙特阿拉伯将销毁或者拒绝出口任何含有芳香油的化合物和香木。

2 - Origins shall pre-alert the concerned KSA station copying DXH on the day the shipment is picked up

providing shipment details including the full consignee details.

在取件当天，发件地应该提前通知相关的沙特阿拉伯站复制DXH，并且提供货物信息和收件人的信息。

3 - KSA station will contact the consignee who in turn will obtain the necessary paperwork from the Saudi

Ministry of Environment as required by customs.

沙特阿拉伯站将联系收件人，收件人会按海关的要求从沙特的环境部取得相关的文件。

4 - DXH will hold such shipment(s) till further notice from the concerned KSA station.

DXH 将一直扣留此货物直至从相关的沙特阿拉伯站获得进一步的通知。

5 - Once the concerned KSA station obtains all the necessary paper work from the consignee, DXH will be

requested to dispatch the shipment(s).

相关的沙特阿拉伯站从收件人那获得所有需要的文件后，将要求DXH派送货物。

6 - Shipment clearance will be immediate upon shipment arrival Customs information into Saudi Arabia for

Mobiles with cameras, to facilitate the clearance process for these shipments Origin has to attach the

enclosed documents :

货物达到后马上清关。带摄像头的手机进入沙特阿拉伯境内，为了加快清关速度，发件站需提供一下文件：

For Personal Use: (1 – 2 Mobile(s)) Shipper has to provide an invoice to be attached with the shipment

个人用途：（1-2个手机）发件人需提供发票，附在快件上

For Commercial Use : ( more than 2 Mobiles ) Shipper has to attach an original invoice stating the

manufacturing country and a Conformity Certificate (Certificate of Origin).

商务用途：（多于两个手机）发件人需提供原发票，写明生产国家，合格证书

7 - Notes: 注意

1). Shipments have to be sealed.

货物必须密封。

2). Shipments should be sent through RUH or JED directly and not through BAH/Causeway.

货物需从利亚德或吉达中转，而不是通过巴林中转。

3). Any shipment that contains watches should be accompanied by a certificate of origin otherwise it will be

seized by customs.

任何包含手表的货物必须有合格证书，否则会被海关扣留。

沙特阿拉伯海关出台如下新规定:

1.目的港为达曼或经达曼中转的货物，须在提单和舱单上显示正确完整的收货人信息,并保证收货人公司的真实有效，包括： a) Consignee name b) Consignee address c) P.O. Box d) Telephone number e) Fax

否则货物可能原船运回装港。

2.经达曼中转到目的港利雅得的货物，须使用托盘加固，凡未使用托盘加固的，海关将处以 SAR 1000.00 (USD 267.00) /20'， SAR 1500.00 (USD 400.00) / 40'的罚款 .

3.要求唛头上必须注明货物的原产地，吉达、达曼、利雅得海关将强制将未注明原产地的货物退运回起运港。

4.货物分箱数据应真实申报

5.对于海运费预付的货物，如有其他费用在沙特当地收取，该费用必须在提单上列出。海运费到付的货物不在此规定之列

6.去往RIYADH的货物，20英尺货柜总重不得超过24吨。一经发现超重，当地铁路部门将强制将该货改装到40’柜并加收USD500.0费用。

商业发票

装箱单

货物一致性声明 Confirmity Certificate

原产地证

发票和原产地证的领事馆认证，咨询贸促会，对方说是大概各500元一份。

当然，客户清关的话，还需要提单。

这个通知只是说如果进港货物没有托盘的话，会收取罚金，但是并没有像其他一些网站上危言耸听的说货物会被退回之类的。

Penalty for un-palletized Cargo Arriving Riyadh Dry Port, Saudi Arabia

30 January 2009

Dear Valued Customer:

We are writing to inform you that from 25 February 2009, the Saudi Port Authority will implement a penalty of SAR 1,000 (US$267) per TEU and SAR 1,500 (US$400) per FEU at Riyadh Dry Port for any inbound cargo which is un-palletized.

The Riyadh Dry Port is run by the Saudi Railway Organization (SRO). According to the new rule, penalties imposed on un-palletized freight will be charged to either the shipper or consignee and paid to the SRO.

Please note that the common gateway water port to Riyadh Dry Port is Damman. Cargo is usually transported to Riyadh Dry Port by rail from Damman.

Please ensure your shipments to Riyadh Dry Port are always in palletized form to avoid incurring penalties.

You should contact you local Customer Service or APL representative if you require additional information.
